Program Description
Olympic weightlifting classes focus on developing proper technique in the snatch and clean & jerk through structured, coach-led sessions. Training emphasizes mechanics, consistency, and confidence under the barbell.
Each class includes warm-ups, technical drills, and progressive loading with detailed coaching feedback. Athletes of all experience levels, including CrossFit members, are welcome. St. Peters CrossFit serves lifters throughout St. Charles County who want focused lifting time outside regular CrossFit classes.
