WOD 4-22-15

Team WOD:

CI: 100 Jumping Pull-ups,

4RFT

Run 500m with 20# med ball and hand off to partner.  
One round is both teammates running.

CO: 100 Wall balls.  

Each team 2nd and on do 20 burpees for each place the finish in.  i.e 4th does 60 burpees.
