WOD for 3-30-15

WOD:

5 rounds with exactly 3 minutes rest between efforts:

5 Deadlift 

4 Back Squat,

3 Front Squat,

2 Push Jerk,

1 Hang Power Clean.

Increase weight each round.

Score = heaviest weight completed without putting the bar down

GOAL: as much weight as possible without sacrificing form
