St. Peters CrossFit is a fully equipped 4000 sq/ft. CrossFit facility located off Jungermann road in St. Peters, MO. We offer group, team and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Our CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running).

 

At St. Peters CrossFit you will not find rows of ellipticals and  weight machines.  We are much more interested in what your body can do, not what a machine can do for your body. Instead of the leg press machine we do squats, instead of bicep curl machines, we will do chin-ups.  In addition, you will find kettlebells, barbells, boxes and open spaces for squatting, running, jumping and lifting.  You should be moving your body the way it is meant to be moved and a machine can’t mimic that. All of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that imitate movements performed in day-to-day life and sports. You would never bicep curl your child to pick them up, so why would you do it in the gym? We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

One of the greatest things about St. Peters CrossFit is that you will never be bored.  You will never have to program your own routine or spend hours in the gym and our workouts change EVERY DAY! Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are short and sweet, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
